At Argent Silversmith, we want you to treasure your handcrafted jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by the signature Argent packaging.

Contact our studio team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Secure Your Shipment

Place the jewelry in its original Argent Silversmith box and pack it securely inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Dispatch the Package

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
